The Moontail Grouper 燕子斑 will be gilled/gutted/scaled before delivery. The tail of the fish looks like a moon. The fish also comes with some highlight of yellow on the fins and on the tail. The body of the fish can be red to dark colour depending on the seasons or location in the sea.
