Return And Refund Policy
We strive to provide a great selection of quality Product delivered to you and arrive in great condition when delivered to the address specified on the order. The recipient shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/taking delivery for any shortages, deficiencies and/or damages.
In the unlikely event of damage, we ask that you please email email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt, all claims (if any) must be lodged at our appointed personnel, delivery team, courier service or delivery company at the time of taking delivery; otherwise we shall have the absolute discretion to refuse your claim. Please lodge your claim as soon as possible with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received. We will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the Product in question, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund.
For collection at our store, claims (if any) must be lodged with the store’s customer service personnel at the time of collection; otherwise we shall have the absolute discretion to refuse your claim.
We may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price in the form of credit for next purchase for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.
For products which is found to be expired, defective and/or damaged inside the packaging AFTER collection / taking delivery, you may return the defective product (except for fresh food items) to the customer service counter of the selected store within three (3) business days from the date of collection / taking delivery. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase before replacement of the products or refund can be made.
Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you have paid at the point of payment in the form of an credit or gift voucher of the same value.
Incorrect Address Or Refusal of Acceptance Of Goods from the Recipient
Due to the perishable nature of our Product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the invoice date, if an address is altered while in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced.
When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email email@example.com immediately for correction and stating your order number. Should your shipping address change, please update your address prior to the invoice date either via your account or by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification and thawing/damage occurs, you will not be refunded.
Non Food Products
If you are dissatisfied with any non-food Product you purchased due to damage, you may contact email@example.com within three (3) working days. All returned Products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned Product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.
Return/Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
For Return/Refund Policy of Cancelled Orders, you are liable for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. We will only provide credit for your next purchase unless it is our side, Kudacart, who couldn't fulfill the order in given time. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours before the delivery date, we have the right to charge 50% of the purchase price as compensation for sales lost during stock reservation for the order. For products that are sensitive to the expiry date, cancellation is not allowed, 100% of the cost should be bear by the customers.
Courier's Partner's Claim
While we would love every delivery to arrive on time and without issue, delays or damage can occur once the package is in transit via the couriers partner that are out of our control due to weather, accidents, etc. In the event of damage caused by improper handling, we are happy to file a claim for you. We ask that you please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 (Three) days of receipt, provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received. Claim filing is time sensitive and photos are required in order to show proof of damage.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kudacart.com for good reason, please contact email@example.com within Three (3) days of receipt. We will happily review you your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the Product in question, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund. Since we are not able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the Product label and damage reported.
